Our design build process has been a proven roadmap to success for projects and consists of three phases: Initial contact, the design phase and the construction phase.
01 / Initial Contact
The first step is to talk to us. Contact us today by phone or email and we’ll walk you through the next steps. Do you own your land already or is this a project on your existing property? Great! We’ll talk about the project or new build and hear all about your ideas and dreams for your property. Don’t have land yet? We can help you out there. We’ll discuss ideal locations and nearby amenities and help with the search.
02 / The Design Phase
One of the most exciting steps. Our architect and designer subcontractors will get right to work, helping you realize your vision for the perfect home or project, on time and on budget. However, if you’re already working with your own architect or designer, that’s okay too. We welcome any opportunity to collaborate to make the process seamless for you.
Make it yours: choose the fixtures, flooring, windows, and much more to make this house your home. Our team is available to help guide you through the process and are even happy to make the decisions for you.
03 / The Construction Phase
The build begins! Our tradespeople and construction team come on board and shovels go in the ground. Suddenly your dream house is on the verge of becoming a reality.
Move-in day — finally, it’s here! The day you’ve been planning for and dreaming about. Move in to your new home or show off that gorgeous new renovation to your friends and family. You’ve earned these bragging rights.
Customer service and attention to customer needs doesn’t end with move in day. We offer an extensive warranty on materials and labour and are here to assist you in any way possible to guarantee your absolute satisfaction.
