During the past few months, we have had the privilege of constructing our dream home, which for many can be a very stressful undertaking. This has not been the case for us; in fact, it has been such an easy, seamless, and fun process.

We hired C4 Construction to build our home last year and they were excellent. We needed the house built quickly because of our circumstances and true to their word, it done in the time set. Their workmanship was stellar and the guys that worked on the house we hardworking and best of all—just nice guys! People say building a house comes with a lot of problems. We can honestly say, if you have the right builder who know what you want, building is a breeze. C4 Construction is a very professional builder. Employees are very experienced, the breadth of services that Cory and his staff bring to a project is exceptional. His team did an exceptional job on the project, I’m very happy with my ICF foundation, home construction, the custom kitchens, landscaping and all aspects of the build. Our 5,100 Square foot home was completed within 6 months. This is a testament to C4 construction. Today, I told the project manager that there is nothing more that I could have asked for on the project. Although we’re not completely done at this point, we will hit our July 29th move in date. C4 covers a large area but I’m very happy with the work completed in Fenelon Falls.
